Repair Information & Shipping Tips
Have a malfunctioning extruder head? We service both single and dual extruder heads.
If you are dealing with a thermal runaway, clogged head/s, the tool head not heating up, inconsistent extrusion we are here to help. The cost for Extruder Head Repair is: $125/single and $325/dual
Once we receive your extruder head, we will contact you to let you know it was received and also the expected repair time.
After your tool head has been repaired we will invoice you the cost of the repair and return shipping cost. Please note we do require payment in full before the repaired extruder head is shipped back.
If your extruder head is not repairable, we will ship it back to you. You only pay a $12.95 diagnostic fee and the return shipping cost.
Shipping Tips:
We recommend a small box with plenty of padding around it; using tissue paper or foam to prevent it from moving around during transit.
Centering the extruder head to prevent rubbing on the side of the box is also suggested.
Finally, once packed, give it a shake and if you don't feel or hear it moving around that means it's well protected, good job!
