If you are just looking to purchase 3D printers, the needed accessories and already have the designated space, turn around can be in as little as 2-3 weeks.
If you are interested in something larger or have other set-up considerations we will work with you to determine a realistic go-live date. Transparency from the first meeting is what you can expect from our professionally talented team.
Once we have set a go-live date, should it need to be adjusted based on product availability or other incidental findings there will be no surprises, complete open transparent communication is what we pride ourselves on.
On the day of go-live, we will be there should any assistance be needed.
Lab Configuration in 3 Easy Steps

Step 1: Concept meeting
In our initial meeting we will want to learn more about your practice and your 3D printing objectives.
We will discuss printer selection and quantity, accessories (wash and rinse stations, drying racks, etc), lab layout and printer set up optimization.
We will also talk through restrictions due to working within mixed use spaces, environmental considerations, and other support or build needs.
The goal is to work with you to have an optimal lab set up within your budget and timeline.

Step 2: Walk through
Next, we schedule a walk through of your space. The purpose of this meeting is to further detail out the lab layout and discuss any structural or build considerations. If blueprints are not available, measurements will also be taken during this time.
After this meeting, we are able to finalize an equipment list and formalize a solution.

Step 3: Proposal
During this final meeting, we present the plan. Our objective is to provide you with the lowest cost, best 3D printing set up for your dental practice.
We will review in detail with you the equipment purchase recommendations, build approach and total cost. We will also make any needed modifications.
The goal at the end of this meeting is to settle on a workable solution, agreed upon price and to set a timeline for the project.
Training
As part of our all inclusive start-up package, we provide your entire practice with free training to make sure your staff is comfortable, confident, and ready to go with whatever solution, big or small. Enroll in our on-going support and maintenance program and be at ease knowing new hire or refresher training is readily available.
On-going maintenance & support
We support labs we have built and also existing labs or 3D printers that are in need of on-going maintenance. Take the hassle and worry out of having your own 3D print lab by enrolling in our 3D PSCo maintenance package.
